FiveM on Windows VPS requires the following:
  1. install XAMPP
  2. install HeidiSQL
  3. Download latest Artifact
  4. Any redm severs files

Localhost Redm Server Install

1.Install XAMPP

Start XAMPP and start the first two boxes, “Apache” and “MySQL”

2.Install HeidiSQL

  • Open HeidiSQL, click the green circle with the plus sign and name it something
  • The names don’t matter, you can name them whatever you want!

3.Artifact and txAdmin setup

Make a new folder on your desktop and name it whatever you want, download the latest recommended FiveM artifacts, then extract them to the folder you made

Double click on FXServer.exe to run it. Once loaded, it should open a web browser page

After you link your Rrdm account, which it should do automatically, make a password. Then you will be greeted with steps

  • Enter 30110, 30120 and select Next
  • Allow the Connection, select Next, and name the rule anything you’d like
  • Repeat this same process for both TCP and UDP in Inbound and Outbound rules
